Introduction by the CEO – Robin Russell

Over the last 10 months AJC has gone through a significant number of transformational changes. We have achieved a great many things in a very short period of time all the while ensuring we stay focused on key drivers within our business. These are our management of the network and its efficiency, our customer account management experience and our ability to drive costs down, translating to customer O&M savings in the medium to long term.

It’s paramount that we stay relevant in a dynamic environment and whilst we are speaking to customers, suppliers and network support on a regular basis we believe that polling your direct opinion is imperative in ensuring we don’t lose focus of what’s important.

This survey is designed to garner opinion about AJC, how we do what we do and most importantly how we can do better. It will be used to reinforce process, implement change where change is needed and to report back to our customers and shareholders on the work that we are doing. I ask therefore that you take 10-15 minutes of what is a busy day to complete the survey as openly and honestly as possible, confident in the knowledge that all responses will be treated in complete confidence, in order to assist us in improving now and into the future.
