Alternate Path Protection

AJC offers protection options in instances where a customer has only purchased a product with limited protection options. In this instance AJC can re route traffic for an agreed period during rare and unforeseen hazardous conditions. This allows the customer to maintain business continuity without paying the premium during normal instances where the cable system is operating efficiently. This allows customers to purchase Insurance Premiums for protecting unprotected capacity, without needing to purchase protected capacity.

AJC can establish this provision in advance and trigger the alternate service within a predefined timeframe in order to ensure traffic is maintained.
